1. Introduction

Delvly (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service. Delvly is operated from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

Account data: When you register, we collect your email address and encrypted password. This is required to provide the Service.

Usage data: We collect records of searches you run, credits consumed, and leads generated. This data is stored in your account and is necessary to provide the Service.

Payment data:Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Contact data from searches: When you run a search, we retrieve business contact information from third-party data providers on your behalf. This data is stored in your account as your lead library.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to: provide and improve the Service; process payments; send transactional emails related to your account; comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR: performance of a contract (providing the Service you signed up for); legitimate interests (improving the Service, preventing fraud); legal obligation (complying with applicable laws).

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Lead data you have generated and stored in your account is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete individual leads or searches from your account at any time.

6. Your rights under GDPR

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; request data portability.

7. Cookies

Delvly uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase — database and authentication (EU-hosted). Privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy

People Data Labs — contact data provider. Privacy policy: peopledatalabs.com/privacy

Anthropic — AI processing for ICP interpretation. Privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy

9. Data transfers

Your data is stored and processed within the EU where possible. Where third-party services process data outside the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted storage, secure authentication, and access controls.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. The current version is always available at delvly.io/privacy.
